Order
The POS order is a model that manages individual sales transactions in a point of sale (POS) system. It records detailed information about each order, including products sold, quantities, prices, and payment methods. This model is essential for tracking sales data, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records for POS operations.
An order is made up of two related sub-resources, each with their own GET endpoints below:
- Lines (
/pos/order/{orderId}/line) — the individual products sold on the order. - Payments (
/pos/order/{orderId}/payment) — the payment(s) used to settle the order.
